Spring Clinics give swimmers a chance to review the basics and get ready for the regular season practices. The program emphasizes proper stroke technique, starts, reading the clock, circle swimming and breath control.
Practices are held Monday - Thursday at the Danville Station pool.

Cancellation Policy: Full refunds (minus $50 administrative fee) if you cancel
before the first day of clinics. No refunds will be issued after the first day of clinic.
Please note that the age ranges listed below are just a guide. Swimmers may be moved based on ability at the coach’s discretion.
Group 1 (8 & Under)
This group is designed for swimmers who have participated in swim team for at least one previous season or are fully water safe. This practice will focus on stroke technique along with practice basics such as streamlines, starts, and an introduction to using the pace clock. Swimmers must be water safe and able to swim multiple 25-yard laps during the practice session.
Group 2 (ages 9-12)
This practice group is for swimmers who have participated in swim team and have a solid understanding and execution of each stroke. Swimmers will work on refining stroke and turn technique.
Group 3 (ages 11 & Older)
Our most advanced practice group is for swimmers who have been on a swim team for several consecutive seasons. Swimmers will continue working on improving their stroke technique in preparation for the summer season.
