Fall Swim 2018

Danville Sea Devils are excited to be working with Coaches Greg Rodriguez and Jen Moirao during the fall swim season! The Sea Devils fall swim program is designed to help swimmers enhance and develop the skills they worked so hard on all summer! We are excited to announce the redesigned program that offers an option for those younger swimmers who may not yet have participated on a swim team and those older swimmers who are looking for some added functional training. The program runs Monday thru Thursday from September 10 th thru November 15 th .

Red Group 3:45 – 4:15
White Group
4:15 - 5:00
Senior 4:45 - 6:00

Cancelation Policy: Full refund (minus $50 administrative fee) if you cancel before the first day of practice. No refunds will be issued after September 10. 

Program Focus 

Please note that the age ranges listed below are only a guide. Swimmers may be shifted to a different practice group based on ability at the coach’s discretion.

Red Group (ages 4-8)

Designed for swimmers who are new to the swim team and are still working to develop all four strokes. There will be coaches in the water during this practice to assist swimmers with technique, however, swimmers must be water safe and able to swim one lap of the pool unassisted. 

White Group (ages 7-11)

Designed for swimmers who have swim team experience and are working to develop a more advanced stroke technique in all four strokes. The group will also work to build on their endurance to swim events that are greater than 50 yards. 

Senior (ages 10+)

Designed for swimmers who have several years of swim team experience. Practice will include a 15 minute functional training dryland session and a one hour swim session. This program is designed for swimmers who have been on a swim team and are working to build on their strength and endurance in the pool. 

Meets Participation in fall swim meets is optional. Swim meets will include events of varying lengths for all age groups ranging from 25 yards through 200 yards. Swimmers will have the opportunity to sign up for what events they want to swim. If a swimmer chooses to participate in a meet parents will be required to volunteer for a timing shift.
