Our coaches have almost completed their evaluations for our Summer Little Devils Program. Every swimmer who successfully completed an evaluation and filled out the contact form will receive an email in May to register for our Summer Little Devils.

The Little Devil program is designed for children between the ages of 4 and 7 who are interested in the swim team but not quite ready yet. The Little Devil swim program aims to teach the technique and endurance skills needed to join the swim team. The Little Devil program is for children who have been exposed to water and are safe and comfortable in a group lesson environment. This is not a learn-to-swim program.  Coaches will separate swimmers into practice groups after the first day of practice. You will be notified by email which group your swimmer will be in. 

This program is for swimmers 7 and under only. Swimmers that are older than 7 should participate in the Summer Team. 

All potential Little Devils must complete a swim evaluation with a coach before starting the program. Check out our evaluation page to view team expectations and schedule an evaluation. Email Coach Greg with questions about Clinics or evaluations.

Registration for the program will open after evaluations, which are expected to take place in April during SRVUSD Spring Break for Summer Little Devils and in August, most likely the first week, for Fall Little Devils.

 No practice from June 29th through July 2nd.

Practice schedule is tentative and will be finalized after registration is complete. Depending on Danville Station and Greenbrook HOA approval we will have ONE of the two practice times:

Coaches ask that swimmers come to each practice with the following:

• Goggles
• Kickboard
• Practice suit (no baggy suits and no swim shirts)
• Cap (for those swimmers with long hair)

You can buy equipment and practice suits at our Swim Outlet Store. 

Our team store sells team caps, and our Squadlocker has options for more apparel. Families can order through Amazon or Sports Basement. 

Our Sea Devil coaches will be on deck assisting during practice. In addition, we will utilize the coaches working in our leadership program to assist our coaches in the pool. Each coach is required to be CPR certified before he/she can instruct. This program is NOT one-on-one swim lessons or a learn-to-swim program. We typically have one Coach in the water for every four Little Devils.

There may be times when practice and competition are canceled. This is mainly at the discretion of the coaches and swim Team Leadership. If practice is canceled, the coaches or Team Leadership will do their best to contact families as early as possible.  

Here are some guidelines:

"Excessive Heat" of a Value 4 or 104+ degrees (CDPH)

"Pool Temperature" is <76 degrees (ARC, USMS)

"Poor Air Quality" of an AQI of 150+ (ARB)

"Water Contamination" of foreign substances (CDC)

"Inclement Weather" and lightning on the forecast (NWS)

These guidelines apply: if the coaches or Team Leadership determine that practice is unsafe for any of the above reasons or additional reasons, the practice will be canceled. 

No daily refunds or rebates will be offered if a practice is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, such as "Excessive Heat, Pool Temperature, Poor Air Quality, Inclement Weather, or Water Contamination."

If you cancel your registration before the first day of practice, we will retain a $50 administrative fee. Refunds will NOT be granted after the start of each season. All refunds will be processed in batches and may take up to a month to process. Discount code refunds will NOT be granted for families that do not enter discount codes at the time of their registration.
